Event Report: Winchester Fast Twitch Triathlon takes place from River Park Leisure Centre
Gordon Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7DD.

Consists of 400m swim, 20 mile bike and 6 mile run.

SWIMMING
River Park Leisure Centre swimming pool is 25 metres in 6 lanes.
- Staggered start of up to 24 competitors every 10-20 minutes. Swimmers will be tapped on the shoulder and a paddle held under the water when they have two lengths to go. Please report to poolside 15 minutes before your swim time to assist organisers.

All kit is to be kept inside transition. Nothing is to be left on poolside when swimming. Shoes/flipflops may be left to due to the gravel path.

CYCLING
Out and back course via Hyde Street, Worthy Road, A33 towards Basingstoke.
Starting and finishing at the River Park Leisure Centre grounds, using King
Alfred Place entrance/exit. Please take care at all junctions and especially at right turns out of King Alfred Place, at the turn point on the A33 and at the Cart and Horses, Kingsworthy where you may have to stop! COMPETITORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START WITHOUT A HELMET! DRAFTING NOT PERMITTED!

RUNNING
Leave River Park Leisure Centre via King Alfred Place, turn right into Hyde
Approx Street and left into Worthy Lane, then right into Andover Road. Proceed to Well House Lane following signs, under railway bridge and left into Springvale Road. Turn right up Nations Hill and down Church Lane. At the junction with Worthy Road turn right-take care crossing the road here and back to the Leisure Centre via Arthur Road, Nuns Road and into North Wall Park to finish alongside the River Park Leisure Centre
